Georges Zecchin is a Swiss national and holds a Degree in Law from the University of Geneva and took the Bar exam in Geneva. Georges is fluent in French, English and Italian.
Georges Zecchin has 24 years of banking experience including 12 years in the field of Compliance and Governance, he has worked with a variety of Institutions:
- International Committee of the Red Cross: Delegate in Pakistan and the Philippines
- He worked as an Associate and Partner in a Geneva-Based Law Firm.
- Swiss Volksbank (now part of Credit Suisse): Head of the Legal Department;
- Canton of Geneva: Examining Magistrate for the section of complex and white-collar crime affairs within the Judicial Power;
- Credit Agricole (Suisse) SA: Head of Compliance (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing on a consolidated basis)
- Credit Agricole (Suisse) SA: Secretary General of the Bank in 2004 (supervision of Legal and Compliance departments and the coordination of the Bank’s governance at the international level)

Omar Djazzar

Omar Djazzar is a Swiss national and holds a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Geneva.
Omar’s career specialized in wealth management, but was also very active in IT, operations, adapting Investment solutions to client needs, Shari’a compliant solutions, developing, coaching and leading WM teams in Switzerland and Saudi Arabia. Omar is fluent in French, English and Arabic languages. Omar started his career in Banking & finance in 1982 and has worked at:

- If you have worked directly with a bank the fees that you have paid up to now are made up of: Custodian Fees, Brokerage Fees and Service Fees
- You will continue to pay these fees, but with the following difference:
- > Custodian and Brokerage fees are reduced and will be paid to your bank(s)
- > Service fees are paid to us
- We try to ensure that all 3 fees are similar to what you have paid up to now with the following added advantages:
- > No conflict of interest – For example, we are not obligated to sell you bank products and we will find the best product to meet your needs.
